At our previous house that we completely renovated they were fine. We didn't have any claims, didn't need to. We replaced a roof and waterproofed our house, and didn't ask them for anything. Same goes for anything related to cars, didn't have any claims for auto insurance. Jim's team increased our mortgage coverage, got us life insurance, and increased what we had covered under insurance. We thought they were doing right by us. That's why we worked with them during the process of our new house in order to keep them as our insurance provider. They were with us throughout the entire process. However after being in that new house for a month, we were told we had 30 days to replace our roof or they would drop our insurance. We just spent our money on our new house, we do not have money available to buy a new roof as well. We were planning on doing so within one to three years, which inspector and everyone involved in the process said we have at least 5 years until we should be seeing any degradation with our roof.

Jim and his team will tell you that you need more coverage and work to increase the monthly spend you have with them, but when you need them to fight for you they don't."
