I was going to set up a renters policy online for my mom who's moving into a retirement community, but called Nick after he left me a voicemail (didn't have that "sales guy" voice, so I thought why not?) and I'm so glad I did! He spent quite a bit of time answering my questions, explaining all the coverage options (even those I was just curious about), and gave me several quotes over the phone to think about.
